About Me

Hi I am Ana!

I grew up in New Jersey for most of my life and graduated from Saint Peter's College in 2008 with a Bachelors of Science degree in Mathematics. I worked with a Financial Firm where I was able to climb up the management ladder and gain ample business experience. This role is what also transitioned me to Nashville, TN in Jan. 2013. Although I enjoyed just about every second of the positions held there, I decided that the corporate world was no longer part of my long term goals when I had my daughter back in Dec. 2015.

In talking with a  friend I attended an open house and later enrolled at Cumberland Institute of Holistic Therapies. In 2018 I became a Certified Massage Therapist and was licensed by the State of Tennessee that same year. I now have my own personal practice. Throughout my time at school I got to work with several individuals and was able to improve their quality of life. My past clients have seen increased range of motion, elimination of neck pain, decreased sciatic pain, and overall pain relief.

From a young age of 8, I remember running to my mom after she came home from work to massage her tired feet. She use to be so grateful for the gesture, and I use to do it frequently because I enjoyed the feeling of being able to help my mom in any way possible. Little did I know then, that would then become my career.
